There needs to be more of this type of story, i believe that the worlds of harry potter and the lord of mysteries mesh very well together! overall besides waiting for the next chapter this is a good crossover fanfiction in the world of harry potter with sequence potions.

Harry got punished for doing well in school and/or outperforming Dudley who is a moron (Sev could get any grades he wanted; he wasn’t punished for performing well). Harry was never taken on vacation or allowed to go anywhere. The home was like a prison. Severus’s father was a drunk so he likely would forget about Sev, so he could leave for long periods of time (per canon, he would lay around with Lily in fields talking about magic and staring at clouds). Harry was always accounted for. He always had a long list of chores and would be punished with no food or sent to his cupboard if he didn’t do them well. Which brings me again to the cupboard. He grew up in a cupboard under the stairs. At least Severus got his own bedroom. When Harry was moved to the bedroom, the put bars on his windows and fed him through a cat flap, slowly starving him. His relatives told the entire neighborhood he was a delinquent and criminally disturbed so even if he reported their behavior, they wouldn’t believe him. I could go on and on. Let’s be honest here: Harry had the worst childhood. Why do you think Severus became a potions master? He learned everything he knew from his mother who was a master at potions. He grew up exposed to it and could learn from his mom’s old textbooks. He had a very unfair advantage. Anybody could become a potions master that way. I would NOT want to be Harry.
