Ok hear me out here, this fanfic is well written, I admit, it has minimal spelling errors and the grammar is good, so that's always a plus.. but I just find it too depressing and miserable, I mean MC is an orphan, almost dies from bullying, gets abused by caretaker, shot at, more abuse, gets kicked out of orphanage, almost gets kidnapped and raped.. It's not a marvel fanfic anymore, it's a fanfic that's bloody part of the Saw franchise.. it's gotten to the point where MC is so abused and traumatised that, she's going to need at least 50 years to get over it and heal..

So I didn’t really like this novel. It’s really well written and based on the categories for rating I can’t go below a 4/5. That said the reason I didn’t like it is because this story seems to be written by someone who is peripherally aware of the plot of the god of war games and has only ever watched the movie version of Percy Jackson... yeah. The riordanverse is rich and colorful and so well fleshed out that everything meshes well. The Percy Jackson movies are crap that take the bad parts of the books and leave out the good while magically aging everyone up by four years which in itself ruins the last half of the first Percy Jackson series. This fanfiction in particular is very good and I would recommend it to anyone who has not read any of the Percy Jackson books or played the god of war games. If that is the case try it out you might find it fascinating.

There are a few plot holes but I think it's one of the best Percy Jackson fanfic out there. Story is great and all. I just wish he could be more powerful. For God's sake he should even be overpowered for his parents are closed cosmic God and all so he should even have an unkillable body like Kronos. Though overall it's a good read.
