The chronology is completely messed up, Nawaki is only a couple of years older than Minato. Nawaki died when he was around 12-13, Minato must be no more than 10 years old now, and the difference between Kakashi's generations is about 10 years. Dude you really don't know naruto, first of all you made so many mistakes in the timeline. Then you misperceived the characters' behavior and personality. Shizune was taken out of the village by Tsunade when she was a child. Minato created the rasengan during the 3rd shinobi war. Minato has the highest perception ability in all of Konoha's history, and even in all of the elemental nations (only Uzumaki with a Kekkai Genkai can compete with him). Kakashi's father died before he became a chuunin, and Kakashi was not on Team Minato until he was 12 years old. He constantly moved between other teams until he got into Minato's team (for ignoring his teammates for the sake of the mission) Kakashi, Rin and other characters' behaviors are different when they were younger. No technique in the Naruto universe can permanently strengthen the body. This is against the rules of the Naruto universe. Rasengan is not randomly distributed to team members by Minato. Minato only taught Rasengan to Jiraiya, Kushina and Kakashi who had a close bond with him, not even Hiruzen knows how to do it.
