The mc has no talent for secrets or lies. As soon as the story diverges from canon he stops putting up the facade of acting like Loki at all. And its not just him everyone stops acting like they should and it’s really jarring. Before I get a response about it, no I was not looking for a power trip fanfic. Nor was I looking for a mc who acts just like Loki otherwise I wouldn’t have given it a chance. But I atleast was hoping it wasn’t a bad self insert that has no substance being reborn into Loki.
