naruto vs sasuke chunin exams fanfic

This is a slow and passionate story lived in the world of Naruto, but at least for now, forget Naruto, Sasuke, Zabuza, chunin exams, nothing like that, here we have an original story that surprises us in each chapter and makes us root for the MC. Good writing, great character development.

Good book although it is slow paced it was interesting, waiting for the start of Chunin exams , hope to see new story arc in naruto which is as interesting as naruto

The chapters especially after the start of the Chunin exams have started to feel like its written by AI. Like when the fic describes how Team 7 was able to beat the Forest of Death round how it describes how Sasuke's Sharingan and Hinata's Byakugan helped them in the exams

Started out strong. but ever since the mc became a "puppet hokage" i mean it was a good idea but it just seemed rush a after chunin exams or a 12 yrs old sasuke with mangekyo should not and cannot defeat danzo plus sasuke just suddenly having a susanno and using amaterasu with no drawback is dumb.

One of the better Naruto fanfics I have read but halfway through storyline shifts from Shinobi life- training, missions, battles etc to really boring politics between villages. Too much plot is focused on Chūnin exams, it’s starting to get annoying reading about chunin exams happening one after another without break between arcs and not even the best part about chunin exam- the battles, it’s just about politics behind it. All in all good fanfic, started out great but can still be salvageable if author realizes that this story is about ninjas so it should more action and less politics.
