I have yet to finish the novel but I’m rather deep in. The rating for translation quality is as sucb because there are missing chapters. It says that it’s a combination but it only contains one chapter. A chapter in this novel is very long so there is quite a lot of missing content. It’s very clear when a chapter is missing because of the unnatural skips in time and situation. That is why I am partially dissatisfied with the translation quality. Nevertheless, this is a wonderful novel. It has both intense and calm chapters. The romance develops at a steady pace and is a healthy relationship between two adults unlike most other novels in the romance genre. There is a good balance of romance and mystery and the mystery is done particularly well. The cases are well thought-out in that it has a place in the story and is not just filler. The author has done a great job with this story in my opinion. Overall, it’s a great read although I have some qualms about the missing chapters.
