Set Fire to Rain
Meredith’s world fell apart when her mother died, and her father gambled away their fortune before abandoning her with crushing debt. Desperate for a fresh start, she moved to Paris, only to find the city of dreams was no place for the broke.
When Matthew, her best friend Maria’s ex, offered her a room in his apartment, it felt like fate’s cruel joke. He was everything she despised—calm where she was fiery, distant where she needed connection. But with nowhere else to go, she reluctantly moved in.
As they clashed under one roof, sparks flew—of anger, tension, and something neither expected. In the city of love, Meredith had to decide: would she hold on to her pride and her past, or take a chance on an unlikely future?

Unlikely for a tsunami powerful enough to destroy UK. If there was one it would first have to have destroyed Ireland, thus greatly reducing its power. Would make more sense if you had just said tsunami destroyed Ireland and not just “ uk and surrounding British isles” as this implies it first struck the uk then surrounding British isles as this is even more unlikely for a tsunami to hit anyway. Thus It is much more likely for a tsunami to hit Ireland first
