Since Haruki has complete knowledge of the Naruto universe, he could strategically recruit these clans to strengthen the Hidden Leaf Village. One suggestion I’d love for you to consider is the Chinoike Clan. This mysterious clan possessed the Ketsuryūgan, a powerful dōjutsu that allowed them to manipulate liquids with high iron content, like blood. During the Warring States Period, they were feared and eventually exiled to Hell Valley after conflicts with the Land of Lightning, aided by the Uchiha Clan. Tragically, the clan was later decimated by internal strife, with only a few survivors remaining. The Chinoike Clan features prominently in Naruto Shippuden, specifically in Sasuke’s Story Arc (episodes 487, 488, and 490). The most notable surviving member is Chino Chinoike, who plays a key role in Sasuke’s journey. Even if you don’t end up using this idea, I’ll still continue to support your fanfiction wholeheartedly—it's been an incredible read so far!
