You get five stars on everything... except Development. The pacing of this is just too slow burn. Which is fine if you're doing daily uploads, but you're doing roughly three chapters a week. It's too late to speed up your story from a slow burn, because it'll be too unnatural, however I do think you should cut to the chase somewhat. Give it around six to nine chapters then give us another timeskip.
