It's funny how he made a world for himself, "in which he was alone", and yet one of the tags is 'Brotherhood'. Not that I'm complaining, since that was a key factor for my interest. This looks pretty good. Hope it holds up to my expectations

LIKETo each our own, I guess. Whenever I see it in Cdramas, I see how thick the loyalty and honour aspect is. Maybe it's because I'm female, so I cherish such a trait more. But I doubt that would ruin the novel for you, right? I would think the brutality would just be multiplied. And I've never really seen 'brothers' be mushy, just that they have each others' backs. Maybe it's a matter of perspective
Seregosa:Brotherhood... For a novel like this, that's a key factor that made me lose my interest instead. A "brutal" novel with mushy brotherhoods? Pfft, I spit on that. Lone wolves is the way to go.
Eh I feel like the main issue with brotherhood type concepts is that they often take away from the story and make a character feel forced, the synopsis already says he’ll use whatever means possible and others have noted his brutality, idk the tag seems kind of thrown in for now but I’ll reserve judgment till the story gets there.

Maybe it'll work out in its own way. It probably doesn't come in that soon, so the MC would be running around wreaking havoc by himself for awhile in the beginning

I would hope it's for MC... It might be after the first book, when he's older and more mature. We'll all have to wait and see
Tiger_Sword:Who said that Brotherhood tag is for mc though ....the tag must bé for others characters or at least I think it is as I only finished Book 1 . Don t Know about later
I have a feeling the brotherhood tag is for the betrayal part. Maybe he gets betrayed by the brother?

It was probably mislabeled, then. Though I'd be severely disappointed if that's the case. I looked it up under "Death Scripture" but there were no results other than Webnovel. I found "Death Sutra", though, which sounds the same, and that didn't have the Brotherhood tag. I'm pretty sure it's the same novel based on the synopsis and they're both from Qidian
smilingmonkey:I read until chapter 250 and mc has no friends yet ... I did not understand this tag
