That's a really great story, I'm reading it daily since a bit more than a year I think. In my opinion the story can be divided in several arc; some of them containing smaller, mini-arc; I don't recall any bad arc, all of them were pretty good with some of them really awesome. It also gave me the impression that the quality of both the writing of the story and the translation got better and better even though it was already good at the beginning. So I really recommend you this story if you are searching for a good action story with a smart MC, no harem (until now at least, don't how it will be in the future be it doesn't fit with the MC personality) and a nice op eye ^^

i have some questions about this novel. 1) Any romance? 2) Is there a harem (hope not) 3) is it full of cliche? 4) Is ut the stereotype zero2hero story like many others are? 5) stupid mc or someone who knows how to use his brain?

Romance- maybe, it is building up to it, and he gets a fiancée early but it doesn’t work out. Harem- no, not at all Cliche- yes, at least under chap 100 but it gets much better 02hero- not quite, he isn’t a perfect person but has a moral compass, and his cultivation has some trouble (twice so far) and his cultivation ends up dropping, but he does get very strong. Stupid MC- he knows to run if he sees an enemy who is too strong so I guess that counts as not being stupid??? And he doesn’t seek fights with other people for damaging his “face” (but he smacks other’s face mostly pre chap 100)

1-3 have already been answered for you pretty well but 4 and 5 haven't really been answered very well 4) The MC has morals but oh my god he is not a hero. Fuckin ruthlessly kicks around the prettiest women because they tried to hurt him. If they tried to kill him, they die. Basically, he gives zero fucks on your looks or gender 5) The MC is fairly smart and not totally brain dead. I do have to say that every enemy around him seems to be brain dead. They keep on saying that he has less potential than a 18-year-old when he is 14 and near the same cultivation level as the 18-year-old... REALLY ANNOYING!!!

Here we go 1) MC got 2 love interests. He focus in his cultivation and only realize much later thoes girls feelings. Well he always has something to do so... 2) Well no. People on this novel are very monogamic. 3) There some in the beginning, but so far if there's some dont afect me no more. Story is good so you dont get angry at some obvious bull****. 4) No, he got more like a talent up, and some convenient abilities from the eye but that it. He have to get many things himself. The eye have powers that get unlocked from time to time but he doenst just have this, he train in many ways, no just his gift. 5) He's smart, does not fall into obvious plots. He's like if you try to **** him up, there'll be payback, and he does not do things in half, if it is to solve is definitive. he leaves no hidden dangers to the future, he plucks the evil from the root. I mean his face looks as same as his opponent age maybe? Or other people are more familiar to his opponent so they basically trusting his opponent more than him
