I really can't understand why so much people like this. The story is pretty generic, "hero gets a magic intelligent item in the form of a system that grants OP power with some xianhuan context", the powers of the hero is akin to lazy writing, even the psychology of the characters is weird. The world has interesting elements, but even SAO is better at recycling the gaming element. The "fast pace" masks something close to "I just want to write a story in a virtual world". Sad.

LIKEToo much storybuilding where almost 100 chapters and nothing happens at all except slowly building up the hype is really boring especially if you don't have the time to waste all your time just to wait. Fast-pacing might be bad especially in system novels but who cares? Books are meant to be enjoyed and not making it overly perfect. The story might end in a dull and stupid way or even go in hiatus half- way but at least I enjoyed it and read it before it became unreadable. Well it's still your choice on what to read since I think you have your own life.
Indeed, I choose how to waste my time, for my lifetime is limited. There is so much to do and so little time. If you like it so be it, but there are so many things you would want to read, discover, feel, remember and cherish. I might die tomorrow and I'd rather spend quality time. Your pick, your choice.

It's not as bad a system as yummy suggests, although it is truthfully pretty lazy writing. Pace is alright considering it's genre although it should be slower, world building is subpar, main character is nothing to gawk at, not macho, funny or 'cool' in anysense. (Also it has an upgradable system which is again, pretty damn lazy) At most for me this is 3* rated novel, chinese readers put it at a 3.65. Also gets racist as it goes further on, (which I don't mind tbh) but somebody else might ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
uberdriver:So this novel not worth it? Just asking though since ive read many op mc with same items giving them powers beyond their standard and some of them is interesting on their own way. Is this not? Or probably in anyway?
Nah I read a bit and I only lasted until chapter 19. Its like drinking plain hot water. Aside from temperature nothing is making me continue reading on. The concept would have been nice if only it got tuned down a little and made the storyline more interesting. It feels like im reading same novel even though its not so yeah...
