less face slapping didnt mean there is no face slapping right? maybe you can try : Cultivation chat group, My disciple died again, Zhan xian, or Novel by Er Gen like : I Shall Seal The Heaven, A will Eternal, Renegade Immortal (many people praise those series, while for me, I stop reading after some hundreds chapters because the romance is not good, *I like story with romance as spice* but overall is good just my preferance for romance that made me stop...) or you can also try Stellar Transformation (the translation had completed right, but I stop reading this series after a few hundred chapters because it has late romance, and I cant wait to read until romance appear, and when I want to read again, I had forgot chapter I read, LOL) the others are : Plundering the Heaven (the translation use some pinyin, need sometime to get used but it is worth to try), Once Upon A Time, There Was A Spirit Sword Mountain (I havent read the novel, but I had read the manhua and watch the anime, and it is quite good), and : Instant Kill, My kitsune Waifu, and My beautiful Teacher... is in my reading list, just that at that time I read many novel so just in the list until now. I already tried CCG but IDK it's Xianxia, but yes its a good novel.
