Hmm... I think you misunderstood something about the MC. He is a gamer reincarnated in an imp's body. Therefore, his mindset is still that of a... gamer. If you want to talk about demons, however, the ones from Solomon's book are quite vicious in this story, even if he's not interacting with them physically yet. I hope this small explanation fixes the misunderstanding. :D

Absolutely not hero syndrome. He's loyal to his friends. But with others? Let's just say he doesn't mind killing them if they refuse to surrender.

I have to say, introducing the strongest demon in the entire realm as the antagonist in the very beginning is an extremely bad idea. You should have placed the MC in the domain of a minor demon lord instead. Really ruined the novel for me.

Baal is but one of the many antagonists and by no means the final one. Now, I guess you don't want to be spoiled, so I'll try not to give too much information. But think about several pantheon, all having gods as or stronger than Baal.

I never said I won't read, as I don't know if you're the original author or you are translating, but I like the writing/translation so far so I'll give it a fair shot. My advice is for constructive criticism, and I still believe it's a bad idea even if Baal is just one of many in the strongest demon pantheon. A slow gradual start against a minor demon lord is a cooler start and that is just my opinion so it's obviously subjective.
