Man, constant growth would be if he evolved in an increasing way and not suddenly in the Chunin Exam or Shippuden he became Kage tier! I've seen many stories where they always put the MC at the maximum Chunin level at the beginning of the anime and until the Chunin Exam he becomes an Elite Jonin, like in 6 months he increased his strength several times doing missions that many times shouldn't even really give him this boom in power! In my opinion, constant growth is him continuing to evolve at the same pace.

And man, another thing that left me pretty mediocre with this story is the fact that MC doesn't really think like an adult. He has the mentality of an adult but acts childishly many times, and also because he doesn't evolve his power much, I feel like MC really isn't taking his training seriously! We've seen ninjas his age who would beat him up more than a little! Kakashi, who was considered a Jonin at 12 years old, Shisui, who if I'm not mistaken unlocked the Mangekyou Sharingan at 8 years old and consequently his strength should have been at least Jonin at that age, or even Itachi, who at 13 years old was considered a Kage tier ninja because of his Mangekyou Sharingan! That's where the MC comes from, who has the mentality of an adult, has attribute bonuses from system missions, and can't even get 1/4 of what the others could get?

I am not gonna make him elite Jounin like that.The pace of the story is slow and his strength will only slowly increase.I had shown in one of the previous chapter of the stats needed for peak ninja levels of genin,chunin,Jounin,kage,super kage, otsusuki god.Pls look at the stats and you will see that it is impossible for me to make his a Jounin like that.Let me give you a spoiler.He will get Jounin (low i think) strength likely after naruko started her training arc for 5 months.

you don't understand. him being Jounin level strength without using Kamigan.It will be like him having Kakashi strength without using his cheat.Then imagine him using his strength with Kamigan,bam, kage level.

MC without Kamigan will have Low Jounin strength after naruko goes for training arc.Mc during shippuden will have peak Jounin strength without Kamigan.Pls read the full fanfic and then you will understand what I am doing.

no what I am saying is that the Kamigan enhances the users strength by 2 levels. example if he has kage level strength without Kamigan, his strength will go to six paths level with Kamigan. and if his strength without Kamigan is six path level, then his strength with Kamigan will go otsutsuki god level.
