I'll be honest I don't really know what it is, it's not like I dislike the story, but somehow there's something wrong fundamentally that irks me every time I read 4 or 5 chapters my mind starts wandering and I end up doing something else or reading something else, am I the only one? have I finally gone insane by reading too much?

Translation is super. Mc is just your typical arrogant hypocritical mc xianxia style. I for one cant root for such an mc but thats just my opinion alone. This is just warning for people that dont like that so they can save time.

I like the setting of the story and I am especially looking forward to what happens after the Rocks Pirates disband. One big problem I see with this story is the fact that the the writing / translation quality seems to get worse with every chapter. It starts out allright but as of approximately chapter 70 it really starts bothering me...

I've read the first few chapters and although the translation was done well without any grammar mistakes, the story itself was not that good. The story starts with the MC as already quite powerful without any explanation or details, it really fells like I started to the fanfic from the middle of the story instead of the first chapter. I thought that as I read a few more chapters things will clear up, unfortunately they didn't, and it seem the author unsuccessfully tried to continue with an air of mystery. So eventually after a few chapters I gave up and dropped it...

Story is going good but sometimes it jumps from A to C. Generally I want to read with every update. There are lots of places to improve but for a light novel and a fanfiction it's a good one.

Well, this fan fic was translated entirely using 'AI'. Too many unnatural conversations ruined it completely. It's better to read mtl than this. That's my opinion of course. If someone else likes to read AI works try it. Typical Chinese mc of course.
