if you don't want to make it a harem it's also good. Most important is a good story. If it's a single fl then don't make more than one girl romantically interested in MC and making him rejecting the other to select just one. I hate heartbreak scenes.

Tell me there his Harem don't listen to the harem haters they never support any novels regardless if there is a harem or not just look at the people who complain all the time as bots that don't count. Whereas I've seen many people who are for harems support both non harem and harem novels, but usually the story is held back with readers frustrated about not being harem. as for ignoring romance and relationships altogether. I'm not a fan of this setup as it's simply too unrealistic in my mind as it's against human nature. Especially in a story like this with combat and apocalypse it's only natural for both men and women to seek companionship and if a person is very strong in that environment it's only natural that they have a harem. As in that environment, they don't even think about our woke culture and petty complaints. As someone who was in combat and war in 2009, I can assure you that the number one thing that comforts a soldier after an intense firefight/combat is to find a woman and vice-versa. Sorry for the long comment I'm just interested after reading this story description as it sounds good. Unlike the complainers I actually support novels that are good.

I don't plan a harem for this, cuz I'm not confident I'll effectively pull it off. but there will be romance, but it'll be something that'll fester out of other feelings and plots. I plan multiple female leads, or better yet, love interests — I don't know if that counts as harem, but not entirely my intention. I respect my readers perspective, but I also write to fulfil my desires. in the end, as the spirit leads. but no harem. just love interests and multiple female. this book prolly won't run for too long, so not enough time to fester a harem anyway. but I'm in support of your idea concerning the romance part, for a novel centered around combat and intensity like this. I hope I've been able to resolve some of your questions. and if there's anything else, feel free to always fire away. no discord server yet, so I'm mostly always here. I hope you enjoy this little work of mine ;⁠)

Yea bro multiple females lovers are good bro it makes it not really a harem. he just has more than one female lover. It's not really a harem until it reaches over four. Awesome, I'm down for that and will definitely try your story out and show some support.

It does not really matter if there are more than 1 female intrests as long as they are done decently and not to just "push the harem numbers up with next girl stereotype", so author, dont fell pressed to make it either of them and just go with what feels natural to you I guess ? Althou its a fact that harems are usually written not too decently, the 1 up to few female intrests usually work way better but as I said, you do you author.
