bruh i came from the passive ability novel which is a pretty ok novel but this is absolute trash till what I've read(chapter 6), I'm still reading because it's only starting and might improve and I'll change my rating accordingly if it becomes better

nop I'm at 21 the latest he hasn't got ANY useful abilities, it's all just broken and nerfed stuff, will probably drop after 40 if this continues, the only reason I'm still reading is because his other work was good
Yes, it has. Of course, he doesn't get OP overnight, but he has got useful abilities. Also, he's using his brains to inflict police brutality on some annoying people, and I'm having mixed feelings on how I 100% support that, but I'm intrigued to see where this goes.

yea he can but the main problem is all(well now it's more like 95%) the "superpowers" he receive are dogshi, with just hardwork, future and extensive world knowledge, ruthlessness he got to where he has, like when you name a novel ' an uchiha with a "superpower roulette" ', you should focus a bit more on the superpower part, although some of the latest powers like the dream one is good, the rest are worthless.. then you have kyoumu, now that guy actually has super OP powers that are useful and relevant to the story and his progress, and even with that he doesn't purely depend on it either and actually lives up to the name of the novel
I stopped it after he ntred someone just for fun and no reason despite the other party did nothing against him
