slow start but till now things have been realistic as author mentioned, only i feel a realistic hokage wouldnt have reacted like hiruzen did in the manga or in this fic as he would know danzo is helping orrochi. anyways take my stones and give more chapters

If you're in his place without foreknowledge and modern knowledge, how will you do better than him? Besides, he's a war veteran who led Konoha into victory twice in two great wars, and the head of a clan as well as a Hokage who had dealt with a lot of snakes in his tenure, so he also had a lot of experience in politics. He's cunning and ruthless but I don't think he's evil in nature. People might call him a hypocrite, but I'm gonna ask: Can you stay true to your morals if you're in his position?

Uchiha massacre was entirely Danzo's fault... Shisui was supposed to use kotoamatsukami on his clan but Danzo didn't trust shisui... Even after Shisui killed himself hiruzen wanted to compromise with the clan but Danzo manipulated Itachi possibly using kotoamatsukami...
