But he will be tied down to the series for so long. He only has knowledge till 2020 or something. So Asoiaf is not over. The series went downhill later on. He has advantage of knowing the fate of HP franchise and ideas for possible improvements. Hence it is better to just play someone like Robb Stark who dies early. Or some flashback character. Or a small cameo like a random brother of nightswatch.
