I dont get it why so many are rating this ff so high. This Story is more like a diary and not a novel.

This is generally correct; wait for one arc before conducting a deep review. However, a simple review like this is better than a random 5-star review without any actual 'review.' If chapters 10+ are 'good,' the author should rewrite the first 9 chapters, as most people will decide whether to commit to the story or not based on the prologue. For example, I don't read this story past Chapter 1 since it's so bad.
