Alright, please note that I mean no offence or insult to the author; he/she does show a lot of promise in writing. However, naruto is far too subservient towards the 'good guys' seemingly because they are the 'good guys' despite the hostile attitude and unlawful imprisonment done to him outside of a few 'all bark no bite' incidents, removing all agency from the MC in the story. If you wanted him to be alone to think over his actions, there could have been valid options outside of the government arresting him, such as him sealing himself away; this would have allowed him to bond with all might once he attempted to grab the Mc out of his self-imprisonment while maintaining his agency in this story. I would also recommend making his outward appearance to the world less subservient to the heroes, emo trauma or not; he is a trained Shinobi.

LIKEwell...Naruto is a good guy. The only problem is that his justice differs from their justice. In naruto's eyes a good criminal is a dead criminal, meanwhile in this my hero academia even self defence killing seems to be frowned upon... which is just extremely strange in it of it self. Like in the USA if there is a crowd of people attack you in your house for no good reason it is within your rights to literally mow them down. Killing in this MHA version is strange, feels like you get a bigger punishment if you are a hero that kills a villain by accident then a villain that actually kills people. It literally feels like if a villain kills here they get like a 2 week vacation and a slap on the wrist while the hero that accidentally killed gets put in jail for life...idk man
I get what you mean but st the same time, I can’t imagine hero board wanting to be antagonistic towards the Mc because he in a first glance would fit great in a shadowy organisation (loyal, willing to kill to get the job done, etc). I feel like the author had a idea of where to go but forgot where they came from to make it happen.
