You have a synopsis with different girls saying they like him and a hashtag with the word harem right? He may not have a harem right now but he will have a harem in the future right? Do you know how stories work? All i am saying is that the way how the relationship is going to happen is to be built without any form of actual foundation. All they are going to do is read his diary and because they know how he feels somehow immediately makes them easily fall in love with him. No effort or actual form of connection that makes them having a relationship believable.
