One of the most overrated novels I've ever seen, given that there's practically nothing innovative except for the classic cliché of the overprotective mother who doesn't want her son to train despite him being the rightful heir, just for "a happy childhood"? What's the point of a happy childhood if he'll be bullied for being weak?
Furthermore, how do the parents not notice if the son is awake or not when they're in the same room? If they can't even notice that, then their cultivation is garbage.
And most importantly, why should the MC "cultivate in secret" and hide it from his parents? It literally makes no sense, although considering the mother's personality, I can somewhat understand it.
Moreover, I still don't understand how two supreme families can decide the outcome of a commercial agreement based on the dispute between two children.
Apart from this, there are countless other clichés.
What’s the point of having a kid if you’re simply going to turn them into a war soldier?
Both parents have already been established on the battlefield, it’s really not surprising that the mother doesn’t want her infant - 5 year old son to fight but what’s the point of bringing up logic to a person that doesn’t and won’t have kids and spam reads novels only to give negative reviews about “no innovation”

The point is that it's not our Earth, their world is a cultivation world at war against invading aliens. So there is no peace and strength is all that matters. Now having a fun childhood as the heir of the strongest family of humanity would lead to weakness and you probably either be killed easily by the enemies or assassinated/disposed by the other family members who have eyes on the seat of power. Either option is bad for parents so it makes no sense for the mother to not train her kid knowing it endangers him.

Is the author paying you to lick his 6*IIs?
