The translation is great, unfortunately the story itself isn't. The MC feels wooden and his lack of knowledge about the life of the person, whose body he's occupying, makes things incredibly confusing. Not only does he lack the memories of the person whose body he's in, but he also lacks a lot of knowledge about the Harry Potter world, since he only read the first book and watched reviews of the movies. His lack of knowledge about magic and the world in general is seriously frustrating to read about and it makes him feel like Lockhart 2.0, as he basically has to BS his way through life. Some people might enjoy that kind of story, but I certainly don't.

LIKEThanks for posting an actually insightful review. What chapter did you stop at? Personally I can see what you mean by him having to BS his way through everything in the early chapters but as the story progresses he doesn't really have to do that much anymore, no? As for his lack of plot knowledge - yea I agree, I find that kinda annoying too..
I only made it through chapter 20. By that point the Author's writing had left me completely uninterested. Maybe it does get better after that point, but I believe a good story should hook you within the first 5 chapters. So I'm not willing to spend a lot of my time reading more than 20 chapters of a story, just on the off chance that it gets better eventually.
