The FF story is decent, the MC has a system that lets him merge bloodlines into his own, which he uses to become stronger, the house he has been sorted in doesn't become the MC's total personality is great, and the fact he is a fairly interesting MC helps. As far as the system goes the way the points are awarded is not too fast or slow so we can see the MC grow at a decent pace without it being overwhelming but not so slow it is boring to read. As far as the translation goes the names of some spells, locations and people are translated wrong, but anyone who has read HP will know what they are actually ment to be, so it is still pretty easy to read. As far as the face slapping goes some of it exists but it flows well decently rather than the usual forced senarios we usually end up getting with face slapping. As of chapter 130 I am enjoying this novel and would recommend it.

Partially yes. It seems to be ok sometimes and nonsensical at other times. Its like a swing that keeps going back and forth in quality, almost like more than one person is doing it.

It was not harem by the time the translater stopped posting, however as to if you should read it or not, the story hasnt been updated in three months and it is not close finished. So if you did start reading you would only end up with a half finished story.
