look at any dc fanfic with a young MC and you can find that most of them have Raven as the female love interest

it's unoriginal and they basically all use the same personality for Raven, making it pretty easy to predict what's gonna happen, therefore making it boring.

the author literally has absolute control over their stories, if they want a pair to fit, then can find or make a pair.

Well yes but only in original story’s if they want to make a fanfic and have a character from there be the love interest they can’t change to much of the personality (but I still understand what u mean)

There actually are some and most tend to be Young Justice Zatanna, there's one where the MC is a clone hybrid between Black Canary and Martian Manhunter.

Yes but it's still a cliche trope nowadays to use Isekais. And how would raven not be a goth with daddy issues when she has a literal cristal in her head with her father locked up? It's like saying Bruce Wayne without his code because of the death of his parents.
