Story isnt bad. pretty decent actually. But this is not Peter Parker at all. not one ounce. The author either has never read a comic or even watched the movies or the synopsis was wrong and this was a reincarnator. No Peter Parker would look at himself in a mirror and say he looks pretty good, especially before mutation. that has nothing to do with being altruistic or not, this is foundational traits of his youre changing without explanation. and that's just the beginning. Also, his inner monologs and introspective comments would never come out the mouth of Peter Parker. nothing to remind us that this is Peter, excepting being smart...., I keep expecting him to reminisce about his past life and tell us his old name was Billy but this is supposedly supposed to be a just another version of the spider man we know? lol this story should be called "Peter Parker:The lesser" because nothing so far has been better than the OG. I would of definitely rated this better if this was a reincarnator story but its not. if you can ignore it then good for you this will probably be a swell read. but I think its a valid reason to deduct as many stars as I did from character design.

Try reading the synopsis. There are the answers you are looking for. That MC is NOT Peter from the comics, and never was. Your way of acting or personality does not need to be the same as in the comics or films because it is not the same character.
