The people giving this high reviews must read a ton of MTL because to me this is unreadable. There are constant issues with tenses, mistranslations, and cultural nonsense. When I mean cultural nonsense I mean the MC panicking about how not answering one math question the teacher asks him right might somehow “ruin” his reputation. Anyway, between the poor grammar and weird Chinese style cultural nonsense I cannot suggest this novel. I would rate it at most a 3.7/10 which is unfortunate because maybe if it were readable it would be a good story.

LIKESorry for the grammar not being perfect. I'm doing my best, but I don't have enough money to pay someone to translate! :T On Ethan being scared to answer the question: I tried to make it clear that he arrived at school with a reputation for being >very smart< at his previous school. He wasn't afraid to answer a "simple question", but if he answered it wrong, he could make people feel strange for "not being as smart as they say". Sorry if I didn't make that clear! Thanks for the review! :)
I can be harsh in my reviews because I grade novels as a native English speaker. I‘d suggest using deepl to translate if it supports your native language. That or at the very least the free version of grammarly.

I already do that, but the Portuguese language has very different rules from English. It ends up being complicated for the translator too. So much so that for me, who's not fluent in English, when I put the text and translate it into my language, it's completely understandable.
DaoistJ2BfOl:As a tip, try to write everything with very good spelling. Use periods, commas and complete sentence structure.

-Portuguese BR or PT? in addition, the "Documents" application is good since, in addition to writing there and not losing the content, it corrects English to a very good degree. I already edited Fic Mtl with him.
