Nah, this guy is speaking out of his as s. This novel has MC as an escort - he is paid to sleep with women, some of which are married which is the NTR part (but that's Netorare), and as far as I'm aware there are only 3 potential love interests right now, in order of most to least likely to have anything come of it are: Koneko, Akeno and Aika - even then, it's unlikely since MC has a pretty good relationship with Koneko and she has a crush on him and enjoys his presence, Akeno is liked a bit by the MC but with Akeno's personality and problems, chances are anything developing will be hard, and as for AIka - she likes him quite a bit and they partake in lemons quite often, though the MC isn't sure if she likes him or just the lemons and doesn't show much of an interest. Above all this though, MC is not the type to get in a relationship and I can't see him having one anytime in the foreseeable future.

What heroine is this? As far as I'm aware, the only potential love interests are Koneko, Akeno and Aika - neither of which are sleeping with others, nor is anyone a heroine yet and I can't imagine MC will be with anyone for a while. Plus it isn't NTR, it's Netorare.
