I personally didn't like this fan fiction... literally don't understand if he was given blessing to reinfarnate and save the world... why he promotes the old gods while he has no connection to them or their powers... this is like deceiving the whole world... and then making yourself like you are god's avatar and frightening other non believers... just not my cup of tea

which one is easier? creating an establishment from the ground up or hijacking an existing one. he wants to have as much influence as possible and his skills look like a more powerful warg so he hijacks the old gods' religion. If Old Gods are real even if he doesn't believe them people around him truly believe them bringing more faith for them rather than empty cultural ceremonies.
But it doesn't suit in place.... he is a child... an adult in a child... ok... and this is a fanfic so you can do anything and it will do fine... but no that is not it... If you want to make a good fanfic to really be appreciated... you have to go in character depth... just think for once... will an adult be so easily persuaded by your claims when they have never seen such absurd things in the past... they will get spooked... some might trust but majority will be skeptical... then again a six year old gathering troops that are trained to a level in few years that they know assasinations... kidnapping, fighting, caumoflage and many such skills... it's just fan service that you are giving... if you would have made mc born a little earlier, it would have been more believable... as then even if he were 12 or 13 then thatbwould have been a good enough age to have trained soldiers of good skills.
