Brain Crystal Power Strengthening (Allows the gaining of the energy attribute points) does it add energy attributes if he consume brain crystals or consume the DNA of a thaid?? also how do people in that world become stronger? by consuming pills or something? or they just level up as they grow up? it's kinda confusing and the story is super slow.. his system is not use at its maximum.. like he can just go to the library and copy important knowledge or let the system dig in the internet information of anything that can make him stronger

also how come he can kill someone who has triple his energy attributes? is there a difference between his and a thaid's energy attribute that he can kill every thaid even if its triple than his energy attribute?

Ok, as for how they improve their strength, they establish neural links. Through this the DNA got strengthened and they improve their stats (which they can't see, only Erik can), increasing the number of neural links increase the amount of mana the brain can manage, and allows a far better management meaning that the mana output decreases. As for the fights, these are made keeping in mind all four stats (Energy, Strength, Intelligence, Dexterity); as I've already explained inside the book and in the dedicated chapter, you can have a lot of energy, but this doesn't mean everything, as physical stats are rather important. Say you have a BCP that allows you to summon a sword, you can manipulate length, weight, sharpness and so on, but you gain nothing physically speaking so you can have 1000 energy points but be very weak physically speaking, and it is clear that if you fight against someone with 300 strength points and you have 20 strength points he/she will be faster than you and your advantage in terms of energy is destroyed. This is the reason why Erik managed to win some fights. As for the pills and drugs, there are some pills and drugs that help training, but this doesn't necessarily improve strength and other things. As for the slow pace, I planned this book to be very long; however, in 250 chapters a lot of things happen so I don't really see the slow pace. Also, Erik does not go to the library for obvious reasons, for starters he isn't at school anymore (pointless learning math and similar things) as for the techniques, as I've said, he needs to practice. It doesn't make sense to learn 999999 fighting style and he can only train into 1 because of time. Moreover, take into account that the first 250+ chapters take place during the summer, in a very small and specific window of time, it is clear why he doesn't go to the library to get knowledge. He already got what he needed. Cheers :D
