But I feel like you're not going anywhere. that the character is poorly defined, both his character and his actions are boring and you end up stopping reading. mmmm I think the problem with everything is how you present the character, he is the center of the whole story. and if it is not well thought out it is boring, there are no surprises, I think they tell you that it is beta mc, they mean that it is an idiot without content. that is to say, there are characters who are idiots but as they develop they end up being charismatic.
