I think you missed an opportunity to make a businessman character like lex luttor, instead of some criminal in Gotham, with all the technology in the system you could create a company and try to turn Gotham into Night City (I thought this now but Gotham is perfect for that). I agree with nich the mc is going the route of becoming the dc world Arasaka which had the power to do what ever they wanted openly or in the shadow with only people like D,V, and Silver who had no hope or cares for the rest of the world being the only ones willing to go against them or even tell their people no. The mc is even more scary as he has all tech from Cyberpunk just needs the money to buy and somethings in that world would be non nuclear WOMD like Arasaka prize ship said to have the firepower to rule a nation in 2077 and the other mega corps are said to have equivalent so as not to be distoryed by them but implied not to be as mobile like a ship. This doesn't even scratch the cyber software like vi and ai which are the most dangerous things in cyberpunk and almost distoryed everything with only sealing off 99% of the web stopping them and the mc can just buy them pre there release from control thus have them undercontrol and usable but they would be in the lines of nation budgets wroth of cost just for the software not to mention hardware to run them at first maybe end of story stuff. First thing I would do if I was the mc would set up a dc world trauma team their gold package comes at making 406,000 a year and that is not including ammo, gas,10% (3,400$ as the gold is 34,000$ pre month) charge of the plan for each min it takes to get the person to a doctor, and finally your medical bill which I don't want to know if that was just the rides cost. The lowest is 500$ a month. All this is pre person.
