Why don't you write a book about reincarnating as Jesus or something? Mahabharata is NOT a piece of fiction.

LIKEI really want to see the narrow mind of people if he attempts on the topic Jesus and mohamaad and second thing there are many great and respectable character in mahabharat to whom we respect and worship them and in his perception he will show them as a villain its not acceptable
Exactly!
I am guessing the writer is hindu , so I don't think he even knows much about Jesus or Mohammad. There are thousands of spin off or adaptation of Ramayan and Mahabharat even before a melenium. Sri Lanka,Nepal , Thailand, Indonesia and more region have there own form of these epics. I have read one in which Mother Sita is Lord Ravan's daughter and there's also one in which Lord Lakhman is not even present. It doesn't matter if you consider it a work of fiction or not , you can still enjoy and learn from all different adaptation . All these epics were recorded or written for future generations to learn from them not to worship them as holy book that is an Abrahamic concept. We had Tulsi das and Kabir commenting on God let alone . Please let me enjoy novels with indic refrences and don't read it if you don't like it . Please so not spread negativity 🙏🙏🙏🙏.
So you are telling me that Bible and Quran are also pieces of literature and you can treat them as fictions, right? It's just doesn't apply to Hindu Literature's, right!?
yes it does apply to them all especially since in the synopsis the author intentionally made what he was doing clear and stated he didn't intend to harm or insult anyone's religious beliefs and i really don't think it's appropriate for people to rate books based on their topic rather than the books actual content it's like rating a cultivation book 1 star because it has cultivation in it like why? especially since the stars clearly have labels for what they represent yet people ignore them and just give 1 stars or 5 stars arbitrarily
then you can ignore this novel I'm pretty sure there would be something or someone you don't like. does that mean you will abuse them, criticize them or cause any kind of harm physically or emotionally.we can't make everyone happy, it's not like he has responsibility to make sure you must not offended
it's not about religion these literature are meant to teach us. first try to get some wisdom from those literature, many times in pas when someone try to protect their religion without even learning from it, causes massacre. but the way you talk you are already way past to get some wisdom from these epics feel bad for you
please read this especially those hypocrites fools whose sentiments got hurt because if this hurt your sentiments then you can't even imagine how many different versions of these epics would hurt you in this country only
negativity ,this author is spreading negativity ,
Of all things you got to say YOU SAY THIS - and YOU want your Mahabharata to be respected by disrespecting Jesus - what even is your guarantee that the Author is a Christian to care about Jesus - in fact how does Jesus even relate to this Fanfic.., STOP spreading NEGATIVITY - if you don't want your Mahabharata in a Fanfic just SAY SO their is NO NEED to DRAG in OTHER BELIEF just to PROVE YOUR POINT
But there is a NEED to mention it so people can relate what I am talking about
Here's the thing Pal - Majority of Authors Fanfiction Authors even more so are ATHEISTS and for some AGNOSTICS - with others CLOSET PSYCHOTICS who want nothing more than to see the World Burn - does that sound like people that can RELATE to what you are saying? So how the FUDGE can they RELATE to what you are TALKING ABOUT!? Look I get that you might be biased against Jesus (as wrong as that sounds to me) that happen to lots of people due to STIGMATIZED STEREOTYPES - what I'm trying to get you to understand is that if you want to make an example to prove your point atleast make said example to make sense without it sounding like you got a VENDETTA, especially when said example is COMPLETLY UNRELATED.
For some reason I see atheists as a herd of people who don't believe in god because it's trendy or cool. scientists don't fall into this category, although I was very surprised to learn that quite a few scientists believe in god (33%).
