Honestly, Drake is probably the character that I liked the most in the novel; it would have been much better if she was the MC imo. BTW, for those wondering, this is 100% harem, regardless of what others say, he is and will continue to collect girls. He even say it himself that he plans on building himself a harem. Even if not all the girls follow him around on his adventures it still doesn't change anything, it's harem. I am not really a fan of such things so I had high hopes when I didn't see the harem tag or when I read ch 10 and saw how Drake acted with her own feelings. I would love to see some of the girls actually get into relationships with other people and not just the MC, it gives the story a more realistic feeling as if every character is their own person with their own story and romance; instead of just making most girls fall slowly in love with the main character (for example making some servants still help Thomas but also having their own romance (or no romance at all) with someone else). I don't understand people that want every girls for the MC, maybe they are just too young or something idk. If Lucy (luffy is genderbent), Nami, Hancock... and maybe some fate servants, remains just friends with the MC while living their own lives, it could be amazing. However, considering the author previous works wirh harem I doubt this will ever happen.

LIKEAs some may have seen, I am not a fan of harem, it doesn't really matter how slowly it is, or how good it's made. I just don't enjoy reading it. I find it boring to read about, and most of the time either all the important female side characters ends up together with the mc or ends up without romance. If I had to use a metaphor: When I read a novel most of my interest is on the MC; when there is romance, then some of the interest I have for the the main character leaks into the potential female lead. But if there are more than 1 or 2 or 3, my interest spreads so thin that I stop caring for any of them completely; which in turn also makes me lose interest in the mc.
well, up to the point where she kick mc out from the crew(ch26 I think), she's more interesting than current mc. mc loses my respect when he already treated all girl from wild hunt as his and still had the gall to find a way to make straw hats women be his. this harem story doesn't involve love at all. don't know about the rest of the chapters tho, but this will not be a good read if mc still stays the same even after splitting up with wild hunt
xEidolon:Nobody would read a story with her as the MC lol she is too "free" with her relationships and as sad as it is there is a double standard, Males with a harem are praised, females like her are called a certain term lol.image
MC will grow, while Drake will continue being the selfish, manipulative b word that she already is. It's not in her character to change for anyone so you get what you get with her. I've already explained my problems with her multiple times and don't feel like doing it again.

She's better written than any female character in this novel until separation arc, people would have love her if she didn't have the "free" attitude and praise her if she manipulated enemies instead of MC. But sadly she already left a huge hate target on her back from the start, I don't think ppl would like her anymore no matter any redemption. 😂 It's also an L for Chiron, mans got caught in the crossfire and some people don't like him anymore.
And I don't understand the people who interfere with the story because they don't like harems or create anti harem sects, the thing is, a novel is a fiction, a fiction is not supposed to resemble the real world, when we read a work we are supposed to leave all our morals, our criterion and our vision of real life in the real life and dive into the novel, whether there is a harem or not, it doesn't really matter, what matters is the story, its journey and how it ends, But I understand these people, I also started in the novels and it must be said that at the base I do not appreciate something as illogical as a harem because it must be recognized that it is out of the norms, but after having many novels and having gathered a lot of experience, I learned to appreciate and respect the work of the author to their true value and to immerse myself in the world of the novels fixing me to the rule of this world with what I am able to support.
