Can you recommend similiar novels to me?

Here's a few that are more or less in the same vein. Do note however that the quality of my recommendations vary, some might be better/worse than the others by a fair bit. I'ma just drop a bunch, this isn't everything but I think that any more would be overkill (as if this isn't already). 10,000 years is meeh, dropped after 180+ chapters God-like extraction is a very amazing recommendation, its not MTL quality yet it doesn't exist on novelupdates for some reason However, it's really good with a nice power progression and a well-structured one at that Also, nice worldbuilding, sadly, only 488 chapters are released :((

God Like Extraction has an interesting system, but also too much luck for the protagonist.

I'ma just copy paste what I've said before, in fact this entire message you're reading has already been copy pasted a few times before. If you're sincerely curious then read it otherwise shush. I'm tired of explaining this fr. I'll have to censor/change some words since Webnovel automatically deletes comments/reviews with even slightly strong language. A lot of people are confused as to why I've given this novel 5 (or 0) stars in spite of my score in the review but I can't be bothered to explain myself so I'm going to copy paste things I've already said about the Webnovel rating system in the past. Lots of words, be prepared. The rating system is bad, it averages out some stupid factors. What about quality of writing? Overall enjoyment? Comedy? That doesn't fit with story, translation, characters etc. The Webnovel rating system was made by an illiterate imb*cile. Averaging out the Translation Quality, the Stability of Updates, Story Development, Character Design and World Background is a dumb idea. Why would the stability of updates and translation quality boost the score? A novel could upload 100 chapters a day of a very well translated novel but it doesn't matter if the novel itself is absolute garbage. Going by this logic, I would have to give this hypothetical novel a full 5 stars for the Translation Quality and the Stability of Updates and give everything else a 1 star rating. So what would the score of this god awful but well translated and often updated novel be you ask? A 2.6 out of 5 for a large amount of comprehensible garbage. Rubbish logic if you ask me. As long as this isn't terrible enough for me to feel mental anguish if it gets picked, I'll give it a 5. If else, a 1 will suffice. Ratings don't mean anything on this site already anyways, in fact some 1 or 5 star reviews here are from before the novel is even released but nobody gives those cretins any flak for it.

All I wanna know is there any racist elements in the novels you recommend? Including this novel , cause I really can’t stomach it when there’s racist things and it’ especially bad in CN novels, especially towards Japanese.

No racism that I remember with the exception of one novel: "I Will Transmigrate In 10 Days; Fortunately I Have A Cultivation Emulator" has some racism, might not be a deal breaker though since although it's pretty racist it's not from the worst offender.

I disagree with this reasoning. You could still completely ignore the sections like "translation quality" and "stability of updates", and simply average out the rating to whatever you desire (2.5 in this case). The rating system is indeed horrible though, translation related ratings and quality of novel related ratings should be separate things.

I've considered doing things in the way you've described in the past but I found my current approach to be more appropriate to me personally, I dislike making concessions (minor as they may be) to things I don't care for. Why should I compromise with a poorly made system? I simply gave one example in my comment but really ALL the rating factors are silly and the fact that Webnovel is delusional enough to tell me that there is an objective, pseudo mathematical way to quantify my score is preposterous, I don't want to give it the tiniest modicum of respect by working around it. Putting in random numbers to average out my desired score is technically is not too different from what I'm doing right now since it's still putting in numbers that you don't mean. I write reviews, my ratings are just there to quantify the enjoyment/satisfaction I've already expressed in my reviews, they're important but not the focal point. By this logic, it's reasonable for the scores to be at the end of the review, there's no reason to hyper focus on the meaningless Webnovel stars, especially since we're in agreement that they're worthless anyways. As I've already said in my comment, ratings on this website don't mean much if anything at all anyways so I'd much rather completely write off the system by do what I'm doing now instead of tediously bending my knees by haphazardly trying to average out my desired score. TLDR: the sliver of nonconformity in me doesn't wanna. not a big deal since it's just webnovel but i like typing disjointed, overly simplistic, long rants (it's therapeutic and kinda chill) so i thought i might as well give a candid reply.

It's a shame, but I couldn't agree more with the "webnovel is not worth it" sentiment. No point in debating about a broken system that no one is trying to fix. Better for people to do whatever they want.

People are saying the review system is bad but it's nothing different than literally any other system out there. You can leave 1 to 5 stars, with 5 being the best and 1 the worst, you can leave a written review explaining what you like or don't like. There's nothing bad about the system
