The author tried to create suspense but the story only feels repetative and monotonous. The story is not able to create intrest interest in the first 15 chapters. So dropping out of it.

LIKEif that happened in my school....(small town)....then that's an actual plausible way for things to turn out....if no one was in the halls to see u get the ax....then no one is going to care....and the principle was too shaken to really do anything...by the time he got control of himself....the police were already on the way because of the mc calling them himself from the principals office right in front of him....so there's nothing he could do ....most ppl shy away from someone with an ax in their hands....let alone one that acts crazy and then proceeds to pick up a gun....so yea....and the negotiator? they would actually do something like that because it costs them nothing and doesn't put anyone in danger and since the mc was calm and just said he will surrender in a few minutes if nothing happens....I mean....wat else could the negotiator ask for? that a near perfect scenario for them as long as he's truthful....it's only a few minutes🤷......I'm 300 chapters in and it's actually a really good book....the mystery of it kinda throws u every now and then ...but it gets explained at a reasonable time and then your like "oh! that makes sense now!"....so my advice is to just give it a chance and push through for a bit....it's painful if u don't feel the book at first and have to read for a bit....but I highly recommend it....u do u though
Deadrule_vivek:i felt like that too , mc seemed naive and first few chapters makes no sense like how was he not stopped by school security or something and just waltz into principal's office with a fire axe then call the police lol
