Huh. It's actually good. Basically, guy gets an object identification skill, and is turned into a genius. Those are his two cheats (so far). Aside from that, it's the usual "there was a 'spiritual awakening' in the recent past" type novel. Entrance examinations, monster hunting, "evolution", etc..

LIKEEdit: I read up to chapter 67 in the raws, and honestly it only goes downhill from here. His identification skill gets nerfed, and now requires money to activate. MC still uses this skill on low-level monsters, btw, and just looses a bunch of valuable points for little gain. Why? Because his brain was also nerfed. The MC now suddenly lacks a bunch of basic knowledge, and that entire subplot about the potion shop just vanishes without a trace. Anyway, those are minor quibbles. I actually dropped it because the story had more game elements than expected, and I disliked how poorly they were handled.
Thanks for poison testing
