the story starts like a typical chinese style writing and I was "oh, maybe another trash novel sigh... BUT as I kept reading I could not stop myself this,......this .....this novel is not a chinese style writing anymore this is much better than a whole lot of other english based naruto fanfic. WHY? because of the GENIUS plot ! Character development ! Did i not mentioned that the MC is very relatable like magic, every struggle the MC goes through as if I am in a VR experiencing it firsthand. I really felt like this fanfic has touched my very soul. ....................................Another GOOD naruto fanfic would be "child of chakra" which is also good to read. But compared this fanfic , I had only admiration for the author/translator for doing an amazing job. I am very excited for more chapters as I have read up to chapter 137 in this fanfic and it is a brilliantly made fanfic! i think this is the only fanfic on webnovel that I rated as 5 STAR on all category. - this fanfic is good because it probably wont have a harem nor a forced harem. I do not hate any harem tag. I just hate unjustifiable harem without any reasoning nor logic behind to support the story. A fanfic that has harem is very hard to also be a good fanfic most fanfic are forced harem of which i dislike( changing the behavior/essence of character unlike their original counterpart to be out of character is the definition of forced harem). -I also don't like to read a psychopath MC that is anti hero. Luckily this fanfic is not anti hero. example "naruto behind the scenes & Aokiji in naruto" are examples of a badly plan/written anti-hero. The best anti hero fanfic MUST take reference to "Lelouch the rebbelion" story where the MC is a villain but you cant help yourself to support and love the MC and every bad thing he does is forgiven.^^

I was completely captivated by the novel. At first I was a little critical of the main character, but later I found him better and better. Especially when I read other Naruto ff, it is often common that the character has a god comlex, has a dramatic past or other psychological disorders. But here I found a main character who is human, which makes him very likeable. Then there are a lot of funny moments, that made me have a good time White reading. However, what I have to criticise is the bad language in some places. Apart from that I have to point out again how much I like the ff and I am really happy about how regular the updates are. My last wish is to be able to finish reading this masterpiece. So please keep up the good work author-san.

It's a meh. If you like translated cultivation novels and such you might like it It reads completely like a cultivation novel. Even has things like myriad soul temples and such, not only that but more or less everything in it reads like one. Ancestory this, you are younger then me thus lower than me that. Plus it has some "born under the red flag" and a bit of nonce stuff here and there. So yeah, just so you know what you're getting into

I haven't started reading this novel yet. I'm kinda surprised to see that there are only about 1.7mil views on this and all the comments on the novel are 5 stars. Don't know if the author is deleting them or this is genuine.

this novel is 50-50 to be honest. Love intrest Tsunade. Translation is good btw . I really like the plot, it's very interesting . but that's it. The story progresses too slow. so I started to skip filler chapters. The MC'S personality is not good. he is cringe if you ask me. overall I only liked the plot, nothing else . The mid-high rating is because of good translation and amazing plot. even through I don't like how it turned out in After defecting Konoha.

everything was fine and quite entertaining, until the Senju - Uchiha conquest war over the Elemental Continent... I thought the story would be interesting... but unfortunately the original Chinese author just wanted to destroy the Naruto story too early...
