This story is the exact opposite of what I like in a Atg fanfic, It comes with a boring mc who acts like a simp, author claims this mc is smart but I've yet to see anything with real intelligence, the author tries way to hard to make sure you know the MC isn't a pervert, yet it's a harem story? the whole thing is chocked full of nonsensical contradictions.... waste of my time

A good story but not very fanfic-ish. It is one of those fix-it stories where the MC transmigrates/reincarnates into the OGMC’s body and fix everything the OG MC didn’t do. Too bland. The writing is just meh but the MC who is an asexual buddhist detached from the world is extremely boring. I think the author was trying to pull a no-nonsense emotionless character that strives to achieve his goals but it ended up as a dull character getting everything OG MC got. 4 - Stars for writing Quality Bland just like the mc but no superfluous bs other authors does to get more word count 5 - Updating Stability The author is consistent, like his MC 2 - Story Development Nothing much, no twist and no other elements from the OG novel. Just a robot speed running the entire thing 1 - Character Design I don’t think it could be called a ‘Character’ because the MC feels like an AI programmed to finish the story as fast as possible. 5 - World Backgrounders Its ATG. Wuxia universes for the win! Overall I think the author should work on his MC to make it more interesting. Make the character interact more because it was very boring for me. Since the MC set the story’s pace, I ended up speed running the entitre thing thus wasting my time. My final judgment is that your story is very bland and boring. Make it more interesting for future readers.

Mc is worse than Yun Che. He is too bland and gentlemanly. He is the kind who would ask for permission for s*x while making out with his girl. It would be better if he didn't have a harem, women would get bored of him.

This MC is anything but smart. The title of the story is a complete mockery, although for many people Yun Che is sc*m this mc is much worse than that. theme of this novel was smart mc. so when a mc hoooked up original plot girl with some random caracter with no benefit or for some random caracter good side it doesn't feel like a smart man would do that, if he doesn't have a kink of watching his woman ntr him only make his little worm stand! don't take it parsonal as I said understand that besides xia qingyue, other heroine need a lot of effort to reach god realm but he has cultivation resources so if he want he can make his woman reach god realm.... but as a smart man he chose to let them go and I'm ok with this but if that same smart man try too hook the heroines to a random caracter with no importance what so ever and for the sake of there good side it feel forced and low ic man and a man with special kink would do that....... this fan-fic was ok but now it was garbage...... don't read if you don't want to see original heroines with some random mob....

Imagine manipulating people here and there but lastly mc itself become puppet. What funny is author base his personality using some myers indicator imagine personalised ypurself as an indicator told you to. What a joke and the worst thing is the title, smart mc ? Please that just straight up trash. He even let his aunt almost get raped just because he wanted it to be. How stupid.

There is a lot to complain about this story and the reviews here do a good enough job to explain why this isn't very good, I can't be bothered writing a proper review with everything I didn't like about this story cause there's a lot, props to the author for the consistent updates though.

mc is too objective, it becomes bland reading after some time, it feels like your just skimming through the novel Mc himself is too detached from everything to feel anything for him, so I think most people won't feel connected to the novel(emotionally, it seems the author definition of a smart guy seems to be a sociopathic/psycho individual) it feels boring after a while of stabilization of the novel despite having a Harem tag author is going out of his way to show he isn't going after the girls and doesn't feel anything for them, and is just using them for his benefits If you think you can read the novel after this, I would say it's a pretty good novel, try it you might like the story if you like to read it from a perspective of a detached to mostly everything main character type story

When author write "Smart" it means opposite of it. Also story is horrible it's so fast paced with no world explanation. Author just took ready world building since we all know what is going on there.
