Mildly interesting story so far, tho not great one. What I can't understand is how MC didn't realized he's in marvel already. Considering how captain America changed history and they should be learning about ww2 already even in Britain, and MC was going to muggle school and then continued studying, so how come he never came across any mention of captain America for example ?

He was friends with the British king. Well, that was before the king was a king. Anyway, that makes it significant enough British schoolchildren should know about the first superhero at least. He should've known the moment he learned there was a king not queen, which is pretty early, anyway.

History is taught everywhere, Cap was famous in WW2, literlly world war, so even in other contries he would be known. You know of the Red Baron correct? Same thing here but much more prevalent
