This is translation review, not novel review. If you are not familiar with it, webnovel has started westernizing most of the novels in 2021. This is awful practice that kills original novel. At best you get only names, places and organizations westernized and at worst you get half novel gutted and other half totally rewritten by translator. With best case scenario you get only names, places and organizations westernized which introduces plotholes cause while names are westernized, actual writing and character culture arent. You get chinese way of thinking, chinese places and organizations translated into most famous western (USA) alternatives and as a result you see absurdity. And with the worst case scenario, you are not actually reading original authors work, but some "translators" plagiarization cause half novel is removed (sometimes critical explanations) and other half is badly rewritten. And cause this requires so much work compared to normal translation, either webnovel is stealing original authors work and rewriting it (cause most of those novels dont come from qidian) or they are just using translators that dont know chinese so they are rewriting story with help of MTL (seen too many edited MTL translations lately on webnovel). overall any westernized novel deserves automatic 1 star review.

i cant understand people complaining about novels about being pirated and similar story in other website to me its all the same after all im just reading it for free not even a penny is given its not my problem even its proven pirated the site or this app will surely take action about pirated but the trial read is not deleted it only copy the concept and background of the story the other is not completely the same and even have similarity then maybe the pacing and the story is really copied but that ain't my problem i read it when i like it also i read the raws its not completely the same and the webnovel is the improved version while the raws are not even worth mentioning it only have great sypnosis but the story is completely trash

This is the same theme that's been recurring on trial reads (and ends up being selected) for the last 7 months. Don't waste your time on it, your time is precious, and could be put to use elsewhere. Dont' fall into the trap of 'oh it's free - you should be grateful.'

In the original, the character's name is Lin Yuan. As usual, westernization of novel deserve nothing more than auto 1 star (too bad we can't give 0). Ah, good effort though, mister translator.

My friend don't waste time make new novel where MC want to destroy cultivator world or make them lawful by using science technology use nuclear weapons or space weapon(project Zeus) or make mortal suicide bomber to attack sec or just like thanos kill 95% cultivator

has the novel been completed? no. is it marked completed? yes. is this a blatant disrespect to readers everywhere? of course. should you start to read a novel that isn't finished and won't be? no and especially not when what is here sucks

I don't usually leave reviews on any novels but this is the exception. If i am being honest i read the reviews in the sections before reading the original novel and afterwards reading this. All i can say is that the story has been completely butchered into a generic and mediocre story. trust me when i was that the quality is not even close to the original. Seriously this is a major let down.
