Aight it's confirmed, webnovel's tripping, luffy's not op, overpowered means when one is unstoppable and too strong compared to the power levels of said anime. Luffy is overpowered for someone thats been in the sea for not even 3 years, went from the weakest sea to fighting the strongest people in the world. I dont even think its talent, it just the amount of fights and how there set up gives luffy and the straw hats boosts

There is too much unnecessary pathos and cruelty, the author has confused the works, One piece is not about cruelty, it is about adventures and movements to a dream.
