its not a bad story but the mc needs work, unless the kid was raised in a cave there is no way he could be this nieve. just exposure to TV and the internet, their is no way he would be this stupid. I can't imagine what will happen if he finds a semi tech civilization, he will be dead and the jumper will be taken. he tells everything. also I would suggest tagging it with star gate.

14 chapters in and the idiot mc has been attacked, kidnapped, cheated and still tells every person he meets his whole life story and they each time screw him over. you need to fix the mc. the way he is now he should have already been killed or put into slavery.
