System? There is no system. That is his Identification. Not system. It was not his power, it did not give him power. It only shows how many points he can spend, who is he, and who is his patron.

I put "system" because I was too lazy and tired to come up with the actual name. I also didn't talked about whether it made him powerful or not. I only talked about that it made the story worse with the info dumps.

I think what they're actually talking about is that the story isn't what it used to be compared when it didn't have the identification or whatever. I mean why would the MC needs a waifu from another world like Hermione (if I'm reading this correctly the MC summons her.) when there's lots of pretty girls in DxD? The story was actually doing great when it didn't have the "identification." Maybe, when more people reads your fanfic they'll understand where we're coming from?

Then there is nothing to do with the system no? If he bothers reading the summary he will know that this is Waifu Catalog fanfic.

I've never heard of Waifu Catalog fanfic before. Also, I could be wrong but at that time I didn't see the Waifu Catalog Fanfic.

Basically it's a genre of fanfic usually found on Questionable Questing. The MC has a set amount of points to spend and can buy abilities for himself or waifus to help aid him in his mission (This is a pretty basic explanation and there's a bit more to it than what I described)

yeah, I like the summary & early chapters. I agree that's the story when system/identification/whatever it called make me so less interested. without the system, in oc dxd itself many loopholes can be explored.

I think their issue is that the ''System'' is just lazy writing, which it is. The ''System'' is just a lazy way to explain things so you don't have to bother creating a way for the MC know by himself.

The mc gets nerfed and he wasn’t even the strongest in his peerage before the nerf. He also added shirou from fate and shirous harem to his peerage and shiro is way stronger than mc

i barely read through the first chp and already wanted to quit, the things he did with 3 are already ridiculous aswell as the questions he asks... no normal child would be like that nor have the knowledge to begin with
