Excalibur from the world of marvel should be much stronger, as if everyone who possesses this sword will be invincible, capable of killing spirits, demons, gods, dragons and so on! Is he one of the most powerful weapons in the entire marvel universe !? But the Excalibur from the Nasuvers world is much weaker than its counterpart from the marvel universe! Excalibur (fate) cannot kill gods, demons, for Thor from the world of Marvel this Excalibur (fate) is the maximum that can leave a bruise, but for Dormammu it's just a toothpick :) !! Imagine Breaker is a very dubious ability! In To Aru, magic and the supernatural are not part of the world, so Imagine Breaker is more about bringing the world back to its true form, like an antivirus! But in the world of Marvel, mysticism and the supernatural are part of the world and even more !!! Therefore, I believe that Imagine Breaker will not work in the Marvel world!

That depends, if it is Excalibur Proto, that weapon is almost at the same level as Rhongomyniad, but you have reason to say that Excalibur would not be the best weapon to take to Marvel, if it were EA or another weapon that can even hurt celestials it would be what Better yet, the weapons in DCU are a great example.
Excalibur was used to destroy velber 02. It is not inferior to EA at all, however Excalibur's maximum power only reveals itself against threats to the planet.
