Very well-written! I quite like your prose, and how nicely emphasized the nuances of the characters. Your descriptions also helped create such a vivid scene, but there were a few comma splices/run-on sentences, so I suggest proofreading for grammar. As for the prologue, I had a bit of trouble following what was going on because of the lack of context. There were hints here and there, but I was still left a bit confused. All in all, it's a good read. Keep up the good work!

LIKEI suggest using Grammarly. The free version only corrects the most basic stuff, but the paid version is excellent, and I use it all the time. I'm fortunate that I can use it for free because of my college, but I know that some people may not be willing to pay. If you want to learn grammar for yourself, there are some sites like GrammarBytes (the site has a whack design but the content is good) or NoRedInk (I've used this one in high school).
Dark_Scholars:Proofreading doesn't just work, I think I need a professional app, any suggestions
Thank you very much
