This only happens a few times in the start, because he has a hard time 'acclimating' to the new world for various reasons. After he is able to at least move or do anything else besides just thinking, he stops ranting and focuses on his goal.

Reincarnated in Naruto body but still using old name I think this is conflicting... Then after that he doesn't want friends with his age people simply thinking of them as children while again wants to be friendly and at last again left them this was hilarious... At last he was strongest on that planet but still hide himself in anbu in dark thinking of otsutsuki 🫠mind cracking concepts... People fear his power like tsunade herself even if she knew whose son he is!!(Why he was given role of jinchuriki afterall her grandma herself was one)🤣

Its over 30 chapters of training montage with plot points occuring in between. Most of the story reads like a long but fun progress report. I'm assuming it will become a bit more in the moment when it reaches the moment the series start. But if not, then atleast the story technically checks out even if it may not have much dialogue between characters .

The was a good enough training monologue... but I had a really hard reading the massacre chapter bcoz it was a bit too much for me... I mean people were dying left and right and he was just calmly looting corpses of 13-year-old children, a bit too much psycho for me.
