The idea is actually really good however i thought that the execution could have been better, author had the chance to make this story really funny but i think due to english not being his first language it wasn't as good as it could have been. Personally I would have made the story a bit slower paced afterall 26 chapters in and we are almost at the Pain fight. I would also try to come up with a way to show the mc's progress when it comes to getting stronger. This story is perfect to focus around comedy since the protagonist is a cat so i wished the author could have put more effort in the comedy department But I still enjoyed the 26 chapters that out so far! Hokage Nekomata?!

The grammer is pretty good, especially for someone whose main language isn't english. The only problem is that the author gets He and She mixed up alot. But that doesn't really matter too much l, nor does it really bother me. The idea is pretty good too. Overall I'd say to at least give it a try, if you don't like it than stop reading it. What do you have to lose?

Writing Quality: It was readable, but there were many errors. Please use a spelling/grammar checker to avoid the worst of these. Stability of Updates: Was really good at the beginning, but started missing a few days at the end. Story Development: Wasn't really any challenges for Raijin. It was okay, but not as impactful as if he struggled. Character Design: Kind of flat. Other than Raijin and his solo mission, there were no new characters to judge this on. Most characters, even main ones like Naruto, seemed more like background characters than supporting characters. In fact Raijin is the only reasoln I did not give you a 0 for this category, earning 2 stars by himself. World Background: Cannon Naruto. Pretty much no expansion on it - in fact glosses over details of the Naruto world. Could use more context and a lot more development to make it your own. In all, its a decent concept, but needs a lot of fleshing out and a bit of editing to polish it into something really good.
